Bianca is a small clutch bag, discreet but full of personality and elegance, like the unforgettable noblewoman who inspired her.

Presented in numerous variations of our fabrics, it is the perfect complement for an elegant and unconventional evening look.

From Leopard velvet to Uccelli lampas to Serto brocatelle, just to name a few of its variations, it becomes the focal point of attention when combined with any look, as it is an accessory that is noticeable and envied for its uniqueness. The precious fabric that it is made of is the main characteristic of this little gem.

Bianca is also versatile: it can be worn either on the shoulder or on the wrist, thanks either to a long shoulder strap or to a smaller wristlet chain that accompany it.

It is impossible not to love, for its beauty and because it is roomy enough to carry small necessary items, in an elegant and discreet way. Just like the refined lady whose style it is inspired by: the clutch is in fact a tribute to a famous Venetian noblewoman of the 16th century, Bianca Cappello.

Who was Bianca Cappello

Bianca was born in Venice in 1548, from one of the most ancient and illustrious families of the Venetian aristocracy.

Her beauty enchanted the whole city and led her father to make big plans for her, destining her to a marriage with an exponent of one of the noblest families in the city.

But Bianca, along with charm and allure, was endowed with a passionate and rebellious temperament. At the age of 15, she escaped from his father’s house to follow the love that brought her to Florence, where she met the Grand Duke Francesco di Toscana, of which she became first lover and then consort.

Bianca was a woman capable of arousing strong and conflicting feelings, there were those who loved and admired her, but also those who hated and feared her. One thing, however, is certain: Bianca combined in herself qualities of great charisma and anti-conformism that always pushed her to follow her heart, regardless of the judgments of society.
